1.原产地证书Certificate of Origin
2.卫生证书Health certificate
3.中英文标签Chinese and English labels
4.进口化妆品卫生许可批件或备案凭证Imported cosmetics sanitary license approval document or record certificate
5.卫生证化妆品危害识别表Health certificate cosmetic hazard identification table
 
国内资料：营业执照（三证合一）、报关报检代码、空白盖章纸、化妆品进道口批文或者备案、中文标签以及翻译件
 
 
办理食药监局的相关批文；
2、办理收货人备案
3、办理产品备案及中文标签；
4、发货到中国港口；
5、报检、报关、缴税、放行、动卫检、标签备案、贴标、送货。
